Parkers
Lodge is a newly built two bedroom cottage completed during
July 2006. All interior oak timber used is from our own woodlands
on the farm estate. All rooms are fitted out to a very high
standard. All furnishings and fittings are supplied by local
businesses and the attention to detail is second to none.
There
is a complimentary grocery pack which includes, tea, coffee,
salt, pepper, herbs, spices. |
The
accommodation comprises:
- Spacious
kitchen with sink, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble
drier, granite worktops, tile flooring with underfloor heating,
dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc.
- Open
plan wooden floored dining room and lounge with TV, telephone,
internet access and comfortable furniture.
- Bedroom
1 – double with ensuite shower, WC & basin and
patio door to veranda.
- Bedroom
2 – double with ensuite shower, WC & basin and
patio door to veranda.
- Large
veranda
All
rooms are centrally heated. Children are welcome. Well behaved
dogs must be kept on a lead at all times within the estate.
Well
landscaped gardens and a veranda with outstanding views. There
is plenty of parking space. |
