a most impressive performance from the mare ON
THE OUTSIDE who has now won twice and
been placed twice in four visits to this venue.
All
four of her successes have come on good ground
or faster, and she galloped and jumped her rivals
into submission. She was still on the bit approaching
the final fence before just being pushed out to
score with any amount in hand.
This
was her second start since a breathing operation
just before Christmas, and on this evidence there
is a deal more to come from her. She will now
face the wrath of the assessor but given her preference
for a sound surface, she could be the type to
make hay in the coming weeks and it would come
as no surprise if further big prizes were to come
her way on this evidence. |
